1. The Refyr Confidentiality Pledge

At Refyr (operating at www.refyr.in), we recognize that your resume contains sensitive personal, educational, and employment history. We strictly treat all uploaded resumes, phone numbers, and academic records as confidential documents.

2. Information We Collect

When you book a session through our platform, we collect:

• Contact details: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp / Phone Number.
• Academic Profile: Latest education background (MBA, BTech, BBA, BSc, or custom degree).
• Uploaded Files: Resume PDF or DOCX documents stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase).
• Booking Metadata: Selected session track, preferred date, and time slot.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is solely used to:

• Conduct your 1-on-1 resume teardown and skill upgrade session.
• Send booking confirmations, calendar links, and reminders via WhatsApp and email.
• Ensure our mentors are prepared with relevant industry benchmarks before your scheduled call.

4. We Never Sell Your Data

Unlike generic job boards or spam platforms, Refyr will never sell, lease, or distribute your resume or contact details to third-party advertisers or recruitment agencies without your explicit written request.

5. Data Deletion Requests

You retain full ownership of your data. If at any time you wish to have your uploaded resume and submission records permanently purged from our Supabase database, contact us at hello@refyr.in and we will process the deletion within 48 hours.
